Our leader Vianca, a Pilates pro originally from New Zealand, discovered her love for Pilates 15 years ago in Sydney and hasn't looked back since.

 

She was immediately drawn to the holistic approach of Pilates, that not only strengthens and tones the body but also promotes awareness of the body-mind connection through movement.

 

In 2016, she opened her first Pilates studio in Canggu & four years later in 2020, she launched Bali Pilates Plus in Berawa.

Our teachers are fully certified, at senior level with over 8 years of experience. We provide fun, challenging classes and private 1:1 or Duo private programs tailored to each clients' rehab or fitness needs.

Our group classes are small and personalized so we can ensure each client has our individual care, motivation and the correct form through each movement to reach their full potential.

EYT Teachers Training 

Bali Pilates Plus is offering an immersive, New York Based certified program.

 

The EYT Hybrid course consists of both in-person and online training, it is a New York based certified program created by the Director of Education, Jessica Spillane with over 120 graduates and 20 Host partner studios worldwide, and is elevating the standard of Pilates education through partnerships with expert teachers like the ones you find at this EYT host studio in Indonesia, Bali Pilates Plus.
