With an emphasis on the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor, prenatal Pilates increases body awareness to support you and baby.

Cancellation Policy

Prepayment required to secure your spot in class. To avoid being charged in full for a missed class or Private session, Bali Pilates Plus requires 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you LATE CANCEL within an 12 hour period you will be charged unless you reschedule your missed class in the same week. This cancellation policy has been implemented out of respect for the instructors and for other clients. This policy also allows us to accommodate those clients who are on a waiting list.
