We integrate the six foundational principles of Pilates with breathing, axial elongation & core control, spine articulation, organization of head, neck, & shoulders, alignment & weight-bearing of the extremities, with movement integration – to help you cultivate a connection between your body and mind.Throughout the class, you'll experience the magic of movement integration – where every element comes together seamlessly, fostering a dynamic flow that enhances your overall Pilates Alignment.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged in full for a missed class or Private session, Bali Pilates Plus requires 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you LATE CANCEL within an 18 hour period you will be charged unless you reschedule your missed class in the same week. This cancellation policy has been implemented out of respect for the instructors and for other clients. This policy also allows us to accommodate those clients who are on a waiting list.
