At Bali Pilates Plus, we truly LOVE movement in all its shapes and forms. Our studio has a fully equipped Group Reformer and Private Room in Berawa, Canggu.

We tailor all our classes to work with the bodies in front of us, at the appropriate level and challenge required. Welcome to Bali Pilates Plus!
Meet The Studio Owner
Vianca who is originally from New Zealand has been living in Bali since 2013. She fell in love with Pilates instantly 14 years ago, when she began taking classes in Sydney. She loved the way that it didn’t just strengthen and tone her body, but also made her so much more aware of how the mind and body are connected through movement, an integral part of practicing Pilates.

She began her teaching certification in 2013 and qualified as a comprehensive teacher in the classical method of Pilates after 800 hours of training. In 2016 she opened the first Pilates studio in Canggu and then took a new direction and opened Bali Pilates Plus in Berawa in 2020. It was a challenging first few years no doubt, but the studio has been fortunate to have a wonderful and loyal client base, who have continued to practice and love the Pilates classes we offer.

After many years of mentoring apprentice teachers who approached her in the studio to take her classes and observe her teaching, she decided to undertake her Master Teachers certification in 2022. Bali Pilates Plus studio is now proud to host our own globally recognised Pilates Teacher Trainer Programme.
